Asagi is the second generation Neogene sister chosen by Aoi when Maria asked her to choose a capable sister to help herself and Aoi fight and take the Witchblade from Masane.

She is also equipped with the Dual Cloneblade. She acts calmly, but without any interest in her role, a behavior reflected in her physical appearance as well, often questioning for what or who Maria is acting, and what she really wants, which often earns a scolding from Aoi. For this very reason, Maria kills her by impaling her. Asagi is the only Cloneblade Sister in the entire anime that doesn't fight (she does fight some X-Cons, but this isn't shown).
Personality[]
Asagi is shown to have a bored, lazy and somewhat apathetic personality, as seen where she typically has a bored expression in her face in a majority of the time and rarely makes a big fuss whenever something happens and tends to take most things as either a bother or with complete disinterest. This is seen where she showed no outside reaction to learning of "Grandfather's" death and Maria running the organization and obediently followed her orders.
However, despite her largely bored and apathetic disposition, Asagi is shown to be surprisingly inquisitive, intelligent and insightful when something gains her interest. This is seen where she was curious to Maria's reason and her endgame for trying to obtain "power" and understood that by the end of the day, "power" was just a "means" to get to the "ends" and was nothing unless someone had a goal to accomplish with it, something that later made Maria question her goals. Asagi was also able to easily get a good impression of Maria's personality from their first meeting, having accurately figured out that in truth, Maria's overall personality and psychological mentality was still equivalent to a "spoiled little kid" and that she was only pretending to be an adult.
During her battle to retrieve the Witchblade for Maria, she was able to tell that Masane was also at the end of her rope and was equally as "empty" as the her fellow Neogenes when it came to battling.
Other than that, Asagi was also shown to possess the common blood lust and desire to fight common to Cloneblade wielders and greatly enjoyed smashing and breaking things.

- Dual Cloneblade: After being selected by Aoi and approved by Maria, Asagi was given her own pair of Dual Cloneblades that granted her superior power to the first Generation Cloneblades. Her cloneblade armor is black and blue.
- Weapon Creation: Like all Cloneblades, Asagi can create weapons while in her Cloneblade form. Albeit she was never shown using this ability.
- Dual Blades: Asagi's cloneblade form gives her two double bladed weapons in both her wrists.

Abilities[]
- Peak Physical Condition: As a Second Generation Neogene, Asagi was shown to have above average and peak level physical strength, endurance, stamina and intelligence. As seen where she managed to withstand the intense long period consecutive fighting implemented by Aoi to find a powerful Sister and easily be able to overpower her opponents despite being tired. Asagi later displayed her immense physical abilities by being able to easily evade one of Maria's attacks with apparent ease and boredom and earn her approval.
