Early History[]
In 2097, the New York Downtown became a place where people who didn't want to be part of the New World, usually various criminals, were free from arrest and extradition. The district was completely overrun by the criminal nature and unknown faction of heavily armed men and women, who killed anyone who dared to trespass into the district. The Downtown was also the last place where all the old cultures of drug addiction and abuse were still practiced and new variations are grown every day.
Journey Into the Downtown[]
After the first murder in six years is committed in New York, detective John Chimu travelled to Downtown in order to track down Selena Lauren, who was the second person to have investigated homicides back in the day. While there, Chimu is attacked by heavily armed faction and a mutated woman who's Selena's girlfriend. After being knocked out and waking up in a hostel like place, he finally met with Selena and she agreed to help him with the homicide case.
